That is a DANG GOOD DEAL!!! I just paid $1,500 for mine, and know it would be hard to let it go for that much! As a matter of fact I have no plans on selling it. Mainly because if I did I would loose my butt big time. I've got to much time, money, blood, sweat, and even a few tears tied up in that car to just let it go. Plus I'm not going to make the same mistake many people have made by selling it. I mean my dad had a '68 SS 350 4-speed car, and he wound up selling it. From what he told me it was a little rusty, but that would have been a great car to had today, oh well :crybaby: :dontknow:.

It depends on which camaro I'm talking about. I got the first one from my neighbor for $800 US. It had a few problems, but I had to have it. Had it about 2 years then when it broke down, I parked it in my parents' driveway and got a truck. After that broke down, inevitable since it was a ford, I bought an 02 3.8L from a ford dealership in plano, tx. It was marked $12,000, I talked them down to $7,250. Pretty proud of myself on that one. That was about 9 months ago now, and I have been loving driving ever since.

my baby found me! there was a total of 13 people who took a look and drove her round. the guy said there was some reason or another that they passed it up. i accedintally pulled up the ad it was its last day on craigslist. something told me that this one was mine so i called and told the guy, "give me the address and ill pick her up." i got there ad it was  at first sight! :love10:
i just did a walk around and an engine check. handed the guy $1000 and drove it away.

im so :love4: right now. its weird feeling this way about this camaro. maybe because i so deserve it. ive never had anyhing so nice. im very proud of myself for getting her. i worked long and hard. finally paying myself for it. also acomplishing the long term goal of accually having the car of my dreams.............

now i KNOW why. :tongue5:

I bought mine at a dealrship in Oregon. Sticker was $5400.00. I talked the down to $2500 and purchased it. The showed me the trade in sheet on what they pay for the trade in's and they paid $3400.00 for it. It runs and drives awsome. Very clean. I got a pretty good deal.

Yeah, you did really good on that one. I'd be proud of that deal, but hay I got mine for $1,500, so I'm not complaining to much.

i got mine at walmart for 400$us. dude told me it had a vette motor, just tuned it up and all this other bs. he wanted 1000 for it and almost gave it to him until i drove it. found out it was missfiring, no reverse 2nd and 4th. and it was a 2.8.so since he tried to make me look stupid, i told him it needed a new motor, new tranny, this and that, etc. so he took 400 for. got it home did an oil change, change the tranny filter and fluid, and the plugs and wires. when i was done it ran like a new car!!! so im very proud of this 1.

I purchased my '67 RS in downtown Saigon in '66 from one of GMC's Foreign Distributorship Division's (defunct)dealers with a downpayment of 100 piasters. The base price was $2955 & with options the total was $4062.25. I took delivery @ Burt Chevy (defunct) in Denver when I returned. I've been trying to locate the vehicle. It's VIN is 124677L125688.

Where Did You Hear Of Camarosource.ca?: I just ran across it online
I bought my 1979 Z-28 RS in 1982 from a local Chevrolet dealer ship. The car is a option loaded Z. I`m the third owner ,after the dealer ship.So I have most of the documentation.I paid $ 6,000 at the time. It was a low mileage car ,so the car was just driven locally. I tried to find 1970-81 Z-28 with a four speed but all the ones I looked at were pretty beat. So I drove the car for a year, before I got the pedals and linkage from Chevy. The bell housing ,cluthch fork ,fly wheel and clutch ,Muncie 4 speed and Hurst shifter .From my 1973 Nova SS hatchback. I was an easy swap ,it just took a weekend. And you all have the bug like I do. I have modifying since.
