Would anybody who has an original 83 H.O. be willing to look at the numbers on their carburetor? I need the 1708xxxx model number and 4 digit date code and 3 digit alpha code that under the model number.

I sell auto rotisserie plans on eBay. All who can provide some usable info, I would be more than happy to send you a free set for your troubles. It's the least I can do.

Thanks!

Larry

What do you need the numbers for? We might be able to help with something related.
And of coarse if any members could have a look at their's for these numbers, that would be great.

Thanks for the info!

Ever since my dealer changed the carb in an early attempt to cure the hot soak/fuel percolation problem, I have wanted to reinstall an original one. It's the only major part that's not original.
