It's interesting.

Why does it have 2 gear selector indicators? One in the middle of the tach (I like) and one in the center information display between the 2 big guages (which is small, redundant and don't like as much).

Same goes with the "brights" indicator. Or at least looks that way.

Stereo look kind'a cool. I guess the entire stereo display (cd track, station, eq, time, etc, etc) is all supposed to be dispayed in the tiny center of the right knob? Or only one thing at a time at best?
And the buttons above the knob are small (for my big fingers) and don't look like they have any tactile feel to make using them without looking easier. Maybe the thin groove just under the buttons is supposed to help. And maybe there are controls behind the steering wheel?

Speaking of steering wheel, they must have done a good job cramming the air bag into it. The center and spokes are fairly small and narrow compared to today's average steering wheel. I like that.

I hope the glow around the tach and speedo can be turned down or off. I can see how that could getting annoying, especially at night. Why is it there anyway?

Off the topic of gauges . . .
The rear seat belt shoulder straps are inboard instead of outboard. I've never seen this before. Kind'a different.

And one pet peave I have that applys to most newer cars is the engine. Why is it that when you have a smok'n cool engine, you can't see it or show it off? They cover it with fancy looking plastic covers. That drives me crazy :x !
You can cheat and make any ugly engine bay look cool by hiding the engine with plastic covers. But I'd rather actually see the real deal. To me they seem like a cheap excuse to cover up sloppy, poorly engineered engine asthetics. They could do better than that. But that's just my opinion. The plastic does look OK, if you like that sort of thing. Easier to keep clean for the lazy bones person. The engine can get really disgusting and it's all nicely hidden. :) :?

off of iroctopless's post/rant there is one thing I noticed the rear seats seatbelts are opposite of the front seat, which I found interesting

(ex: rear-seatbelt on the right and in the front- seatbelt on the left)

the guages are growing on me, but I can't give a good opinion till I actually see them

Maybe the belts in the back are on the opposite side so that it is easier to climb into the back?

Maybe the one in the info display will have a little arrow that tells you when to shift like they had in the 80's  Remember those?

I think its mostly just overkill since its the concept car, I'd expect the production models to be toned down a bit.

I still use my shift indicator light. I never change a gear without it!
