Man I can't believe how fast the aftermarket has jumped on the new camaro
But I gotta say, for that kind of coin, I think I'd go with a stage 3 Nickey upgrade. http://www.nickeychicago.net/vehicle.php?id=251

That is quite impressive.

Has anyone seen any Gen 5's driving on the streets over there yet? I can't see them trickling across the atlantic for a few years..........I best get saving now!

Yeah, I'm seeing them on a regular basis. I've also noticed that I've seen a lot more SS cars than I have the V-6 models where I live. I talked to one guy that had just bought his 2010 RS/SS with a 6-speed manual, and he told me if he could keep his foot out of it he was could get almost 30 MPG. I think he had the same problem I would have.

My Dad had a 2000 Z28 with the LS1 in and he reckoned he could easily get 28-30 MPG - he must have more self control than me as I don't get much more than 12-15! hahahah

I know what you mean. For some reason that small block just sounds so dang good when it turns more RPM's. I don't know why that is, but it seems the further that tach needle goes to the right, the further left the gas hand goes. I think there could be some correlation between the two, jk .
