I got a 95 camaro and someone tried to break into it at walmart of all places...
I got a new cylinder coded to my car n u have no clue how to put it in any help would be great thanks

If you mean the door cylinder it is basically self explanatory once you get the interior door panel off just make sure the window is up..

so basically im just looking at uncliping the cord or w/e comes of the rear end and it will slide out the outside of the door???

Yeh if they are manual locks you should only have to remove the lock rod thingy from the lock cylinder and take off the cylinder retainer, then pull it out..

they are power...im just trying to figure out how long it'll take to see if i have time to do it in my auto class tomorrow if not i gotta wait till its warmer

okay...i got it done...easy as crap...took longer to take my door panel off

Yep it always takes me longer getting the panel on and off without breaking it than it does doing whatever has to be done behind it..
Then putting it back on aligned up perfectly..

You just have to remember to lift up and out so that you dont break the panel which would of probably helped if I told you before :lol: sorry it slipped my mind it has been busy on my own car projects..

ya my door handle trim pieces are broken already so that dont really matter lol...the dude that had it before me like to just stick screws in random places rather then get the parts to fix it
