Match the black or dark patch on your seat's what ever color it is if you get a Tan floor mat it is going to get dirtier alot quicker ..
The darker color will break up the color inside the car.

I also voted black, just on a first guess is best type decision. But its hard to say really.

I would maybe wait to order until after the next time you goto the auto parts store for your routine purchases. Ask the guy behind the counter if you can take couple sets of floormats outside to see which one looks right, and take out a set of black and a set of tan, just lay one set on the driver side and one set on the pass. side and the choice should be pretty clear. And switch em to make sure you aren't automatically picking the driver side color

If the employee is hesitant to let you take merchandise outside, just offer your drivers license or credit card or something to hold onto, it really should be no problem I've done stuff like that all the time.

The problem is that US Speed makes each set of floor mats by custom order only and they are only sold through Mailorder.

Yeah I knew they wouldn't have them at the auto parts store, just suggesting he could take a couple regular sets out to compare colors. But only while hes going to buy other stuff anyways so he doesn't piss off the people at the store

Black.

Adds some variety to the color and they won't get dirty nearly as quickly.
