Cloth high-back bucket seats
were included in all models at no charge. Custom Interior,
including deluxe cloth seats with adjustable headrests, cost
$327.00 with all models. Custom Interior, including leather
seats with adjustable headrests, cost $800.00 with all
models.

The base V6 for RS Coupe
models was 191ci, 140hp. The base V8 for RS Convertible was
305ci, 170hp. The base V8 for IROC-Z Coupe and the IROC-Z
Convertible was 305ci, 210hp.

RPO B2L (350ci engine)
available only with IROC-Z Coupe, automatic transmission,
and RPO G92. For 1990, all B2L engines had dual catalytic
converter exhaust systems and 245hp. RPO B2L required
optional 16-inch aluminum wheels (RPO N96).
•
RPO CC1 (removable roof
panels) not available with RPO G92 performance axle, or with
IROC-Z Coupe with 5-speed manual transmission.
•
RPO C60 (air conditioning)
included increased cooling; not available with base IROC-Z
option packages.
•
RPO G92 (performance rear
axle ratio) required RPO LB9 engine with 5-speed manual
transmission, or RPO B2L engine with automatic transmission.
Available only with IROC-Z coupe. Without air conditioning,
the cost was $675.00 and included four-wheel disc brakes
with special heavy-duty front brakes, aluminum driveshaft
and spare wheel, special shocks, fuel pump pickup and fuel
tank baffle. Fog lamps were deleted.

RPO LB9 (305ci engine) was
standard with IROC-Z Coupe and Convertible, optional with RS
Convertible. Power rating was 210hp, unless ordered with RPO
G92. This required 5-speed manual and included dual
catalytic-converter exhaust and engine oil cooler with power
at 230hp.
•
RPO N96 (16-inch aluminum
wheels) included wheel locks and RPO QLC P245/50ZR16 Eagle
GT+4 blackwall tires. Included with IROC-Z Convertibles.
Optional with IROC Coupes.
•
RPO QPH (all season tires)
included with RS Coupe and RS Convertible.
•
RPO QYZ (Eagle GT tires)
included with IROC-Z Coupe unless optional 16-inch aluminum
wheels were ordered.
•
RPO UL5 (radio delete) was
available with base groups only.
•
RPO UM7 (AM-FM stereo with
seek/scan and clock) was no cost with all base option
packages.
•
RPO UU8 (Delco-Bose stereo)
was not available with convertibles.
•
RPO UX1 (AM-FM stereo with
equalizer) was generally not available according to option
listings, but records show 1,249 were sold.
•
RPO U1C (AM-FM stereo with
compact disc) was cancelled early .
•
FCAB had RPO UM7 radio. FCA1
had AU3, B34, B35, B84, C60, K34 and UM6. FCA2 had same as
FCA1 plus A31, A90, DC4 and D42.
•
CCAB had RPO UM7 radio. CCA1
had AU3, B34, B35, B84, C60, DC4, K34 and UM6. CCA2 had same
as CCA1 plus A31.
•
FZAB had RPO UM7 radio. FZA1
had B84, C60 and UM7. FZA 2 had AU3, A31, A90, B34, B35,
B84, C60, D42, K34 and UM6. FZA3 was same as FZA2 plus AG9,
DC4 and DG7.
•
CZAB had RPO N96 and UM7.
CZA1 had B84, C60, DC4, and UM7. CZA2 had same as CZA1 plus
AU3, A31, B34, B35, UM6, less UM7. CZA3 had same as CZA2
plus AG9 and DG7.
